How to Play Hole.io

Here's how to play this .io game:

  1. 1.io games are played in-browser with mouse + keyboard. Move with the mouse, attack/special with Left Click or Spacebar.
  2. 2In Hole.io, steer your hole with the mouse. Start with small objects (bushes, signposts) and grow into cars, then buildings.

  • Don't get greedy. A 90% chance to kill an opponent is also a 10% chance to die — only take fights you can't lose.
  • Watch the leaderboard. The top player usually has a tell — a favorite route, a favorite tactic — that you can exploit.
  • Tab back to the lobby if you're outmatched. Most .io games let you re-spawn instantly.
